FPI Admits Acts of Thuggery Committed in Their Name
Habib Salim Alatas, the Jakarta chairman of the hard-line Islamic Defenders Front, does not hide the fact that many of the group's members still break the law with their actions, such as acting like thugs at nightlife spots and receiving bribes and protection money.

Not only that, he clarifies, but some of the "naughty" members of the group, known as FPI, also do not hesitate to use the name of their leader Habib Rizieq in carrying out their actions.
