BREAKING NEWS: Apple 3Q Earnings, Revenue Shatter Expectations

Apple reported third-quarter financial results on Tuesday that blew past Wall Street's expectations. The company earned $7.79 a share in the quarter, on revenue of $28.6 billion. Analysts had projected EPS of $5.85 on revenue of $25 billion. Trading in the shares has been halted.
