BREAKING NEWS: Retail Sales Unexpectedly Rise in June

The Commerce Department reports retail sales rose by 0.1% in June, better than the 0.1% decline economists had expected. Excluding the auto sector, sales were flat, missing estimates of a 0.1% gain.
